Bill was a good friend and a great Marine,I enjoyed my time with him. He was a dedicated Marine, family man and a true beliver in his GOD. He loved his family as much as anyone I have known.

Bill and I, as you know. were in the 6th Marine Div/15th regiment and saw in WW II ..places like Okinawa, Guadacanal,and Tsingtao in China.
We also enjoyed each other at Marine Div reunions in New Orleans, St. Louis, and many others.
He was a good Marine, a good man, and a good Irish friend.
We shall miss him.
