Ursula M. "Pat" Glauber's Obituary
Ursula M. "Pat" Glauber, 98 years, of Waterloo, Ill., born October 28, 1919 in Lawrence, Nebraska, passed away on Friday, December 1, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her family.
Pat was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Paderborn, Ill., St. Michael's Ladies Alter Sodality, Floraville Community Grange and the Home Makers Extension.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth "Bud" Glauber whom she married on January 5, 1939, her parents, Joseph and Anna, nee Lienert, Frey, sisters, Josephine Erndle, Sophie Reiter, Ann Battaglia, Rose Simpson, brothers, Edward Frey, Phillip Frey, and Paul Frey.
She is survived by her four sons, Tom (Sandy) Glauber, Jeff (Julie) Glauber, Kenny Glauber and Keith Glauber, her four daughters, Carol (Jerry) Quirin, Mary Kay "Butch" (Arkie) Johnston, Paula (Flash) Farley and Judy (Todd) Stephens, 14 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and one expected in March, 1 great great grandchild, her sister, Kaye Rickert, her sisters-in-law, Jane Frey and Carol Frey, along with other relatives and friends.
When I go to bed at night I want 14 angels to go with me, 2 at my head, 2 at my feet, 2 at my right side, 2 at my left side, 2 to guard me, 2 to wake me and 2 to take me to Heavenly Paradise, Amen.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 3, 2017 from 3-7 p.m. at Leesman Funeral Home in Millstadt, Ill., and on Monday, December 4, 2017 an hour before the service at the church.
Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 4, 2017 at 10 a.m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Paderborn, Ill., with Fr. Jim Voelker, officiating.
Burial will follow in St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery in Paderborn, Ill.
