Grandma was a great influence on my life teaching me hospitality, openness, and how to be approachable. Lessons I still use today. To begin with, I am the 2nd youngest of 9, so all of my grandparents passed away before I had the chance to get to know them. I never really knew them like my older brothers and sisters, and Grandma Glauber filled that role for me. I couldn't count the times that I went to the farm by myself, just walked into the house without knocking, yelled Grandma, opened up the refrigerator, cut some sausage, sat down and talked with her. I loved her and wish I could be there for her memorial. She will be missed all the way to Houston. Faye and I send our condolences, and wish peace and blessings to the entire family. Tommy Owens
