My uncle Tommy. He loved to talk on the phone. I told him he should have had his own talk radio show because he was a great listener and conversationalist. He was like a father to me. He was also very funny. He made everyone laugh, but he also gave good advice and was wise. I can still hear him starting every sentence with, "Well, hon..." And then saying something that made total sense and was right on the money. We had some wonderful conversations. I think he was always there for his friends and helped more people than we will ever know. He bravely served his country, and he was very helpful to me when I needed to talk about research I was doing on our family tree. I will miss him forever, and there wasn't a day that ever went by in my life when I didn't think about him and my aunt Daryl. I am sure he knew how lucky he was to have such a wonderful wife.
