I am a Contel retiree and traveled the state of Illinois from Sycamore, going to all of the offices. Tom was great to work with.

I just heard about Tom's passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family during this tough time. I worked with Tom at Contel and later around Tom when he worked for Sullivan Electric. Tom was a good friend and one of the cleverest men I've ever met. He could literally repair anything. He will be missed by all.
