I will always remember and think about the times we would ride around Kirkwood going school to school. You always had to stop at QT for a snack. Rich is the one that took me under his wing and guided me through like a dad. Rich showed me a lot he had more confidence in me than I had in myself. I was young when I started working at Kirkwood. I had always looked up to Rich I had even asked him if he would walk me down the aisle if my stepdad didn’t he did say he would. Rich has always been in my heart and will always be in my heart. He was a wonderful awesome family man he loved his family so much. I am so sorry for your loss prayers and lots of hugs Debbie ,Carey and them beautiful grandsons with love
