Loray Ann Dailey was born in Chicago, Illinois, daughter of the late Raymond and the late Loretta (Kummerer) Meeder. She was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church, Columbia, IL. and a certified hand therapist, the Director of Occupational Therapy at Shriners Hospital for Children, St. Louis, MO. She was the wife of Patrick D. Dailey who survives her.
