Joseph Tyrone Grant, 44 years of O'Fallon, IL, passed away on January 15, 2025 at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, O Fallon, IL. He was born September 10, 1980, in Staten Island, NY.
Joseph served in the United States Air Force for 13 years in Civil Engineering, having deployed to various locations around the world. After leaving the military he worked for Eaton Corporation and CT Innovations. Joe’s hobbies and interests included video gaming, watching and coaching his kids in sports as well as traveling. Joe was also a diehard Philadelphia Eagles and New York Knicks fan.
Surviving are his Wife, Lucinda (Church) Grant; Children, Mariesa Grant, Cedric Grant, Victoria Grant, Jackson Grant, and Tyson Grant; Parents Joseph and Evelyn (Brown) Grant; Sister, Jowanza Grant; Nieces Jytoia Burton, Nicole Burton and Nephew Joshua Burton; along with other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his baby Sister Jytoia M. Grant, Grandparents: Charles and Mae Brown and Joseph and Alberta Grant II.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be directed toward the family to establish an education fund for his children.
