I met Joe 20 years ago when I started as director at the Daugherty PLD. He was an avid reader and always kept us on our toes with finding new authors and books. In the beginning Joe would only read Westerns and dif only books written by male authors. He branched out and read many different genres. No romance! Joe reminded me so much of my dad because he loved working on lawn mowers and could get anything running. I will miss him so much but realize he is in a much better place and not in any more pain. I like bed hearing his stories about his sons and his wife. Test in peace my friend❤️
