Joe was employed by St. Anthony's Medical Center as a Surgical Instrument Technician. He attended Immaculate Conception Catholic Church where he was an usher. He was a past Grand Knight and Chancellor for the Knights of Columbus Council #6165 and was an active member of the 4th Degree. He was also a member of the Columbia Kiwanis.
