So sorry for your loss. I was his first born son and will never know him like I wanted. I would have liked him to meet his 6 other grandchildren. May God be with all of his family.
God bless,
Dan and Bonnie Colley
Please accept my heartfelt condolences from one of Joeseph's past friends. We were very good friends in high school and days after. While I was quite remiss in maintaining contact, I thought about him and the good times we had often...especially around the old Parks Airport. He will forever be "Cooter" to me. I am sure he was blessed with a loving family and will be sorely missed.

Marty,
This is Shannon the unit secretary on 3100. I am so sorry for your loss. You are in my prayers.
My condolences to Joe and his brothers and sister for their loss.

So very sorry about Joe. He was one of a kind - a good person and neighbor. I will keep you in my prayers. Margie (Rueck Road neighbor)
My deepest sympathy goes out to the Colley family. Joe had been such a great help to me and my family when my dad passed away, and has always been a good close friend of mine. The jokes he told and his humor always made me smile. He will always hold a special place in my heart. He will truely be missed.
You have my deepest sympathy... he was an old high school friend from Cahokia High School, class of 1968.
Joe, We all love you and miss you here at St A's. Miss your "Man Rules", Cheetos and Dove Chocolates. May you rest in peace and be with your mom in heaven.
Marty & Family
Our prayers and thoughts are with you at this dark time. You know that Kieran and Joe were like brothers and now they are up there taking about us and having a drink or two.
Marty, I know how you are feeling and know that I am there with you and there is light at the end of this long road you must take. Please take any offer of help that you may need.
I send you this condolence with a very heavy heart.
