My mother was someone so special to all of us, I will miss you and love you always MOM. I know you are always near and dear to me and my family and always will be until we all meet again. God has a new angel watching over all of us and we are so honored.
We are saddened to learn of Joan's passing. We would like to express our deepest sympathy to the family as you go through this difficult time. We are out of town but will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.
Jim, Thank you for bringing Joan into our lives. Since the day we first met Joan she has blended so well into our family. She will be missed by us all. I'll miss most the hour or so long phone calls. Joan always said the right things and never had a bad word for anyone. Thank you for letting us come to say our goodbyes. That really meant a lot to me.

Joan, You were always Sunshine and smiles in my life. One of my biggest cheerleaders when it came to my singing and teaching career. I will always remember the smiles, laughter, and joy you brought to our family. Thank you for your love and support. I am truly going to miss you though I know you rest in a better place above with our Lord and Savior. We have all been blessed to know you and share in your earthly life.
May God bless Joan's family in this time of grief. I am deeply saddened to hear of her passing. She truly was a wonderful person and was always happy when I saw her at the American Legion.
