Jana Lynn Horn
Jana Lynn Horn, 58, of Collinsville, IL., passed away on May 22, 2025. She was born February 13, 1967, in Belleville, IL., to the late Harold and Mary Rose Elliott.
Jana was a loving wife, mother and grandmother that cherished her time spent with her family. She was a Resolving Analyst with United Health Care.
Surviving are her sons, Zachary (Elizabeth) Horn and Joseph I. Horn; brother, Mark (Stacey) Elliott; grandchildren, Scarlet E. Horn, Blaze M. Sweazey, Bowen D. Sweazey, along with other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ted Thomas Horn.
