Tom and I shared many precious memories with Darrell and Earline. Our days of friendship began in Hannibal where both Darrel and Tom were employed. Even after their move to St. Louis we shared some great times. Words can never express our deepest devotion for them making the effort to attend our 50th Wedding Anniversary last August. It had been almost 40 years since we had seen them. Earline please accept our deepest sympathy. Our prayers are with you, Jeff, and Wendy.

Dear Earlene, just received word of your Darrell's passing, And Mary and I began thinking of you and praying for you. For several years Darrell was one of my once-a-month lunch buddies. And we enjoyed some wonderful times. I remember Darrell as a good man, a dear friend and a pastor with a true shepherd's heart. We are leaving for KY for a few days, but we will keep you and your loved ones in our hearts and prayers. May your faith in Darrell's resurrection sustain you in the days ahead. We treasure the memory of him marrying us, being my Pastor at Dupo, counseling on tough issues, residing over Ruby's funeral, and being a friend... just to name a few.
