Kandess Brownfield
Betty was a co-worker of mine during the years that I was a Parent Educator in Hazelwood School District. She was also a Parent Educator to my children who are now 30, 28, and 25. She treated me like any other parent and that was exactly what I needed. She gave me such wise counsel and encouraged me on every visit. She was such a blessing to our family. On Easter one year, we woke up and found that Betty and her daughters had put hundreds of goodie-filled eggs in our yard. Betty always thought of others and found creative ways in which to bless them. She will be incredibly missed. We will hold on to our fond memories as we think of her often.
