He is survived by his wife of 31 years: Gail Allen, nee Muncy, whom he married August 26, 1979, his sons: Charles Allen Sr. of Washington Park, IL., Reggie Allen of Dupo, IL., & Charles Rackhaus Millstadt, IL., his grandchildren: C W Allen Jr, Kobie Allen, Reggie Lynn Allen, Donald Rackhaus, Joey, Brandon, & Brandi, his brothers & sisters: Wanda F. Crawford, Joan D. Allen, Jackie R. Allen, Terry S. Allen, Barbara Allen, Rodger Allen & Debra Allen, he is also survived by other relatives & many friends. Memorials may be made to the Cancer Research at St. Luke's Hospital.
