Winona Timmons was born in Marceline, Missouri, Daughter of the late Charles E. Riley and the late Rowena P. Davis. She was a member of the Valmeyer Senior Complex. She was the wife of the late John Timmons Jr.. He had passed away June 4, 1997. They were married in Hesperia, CA, on December 22, 1979.
