Willis Samuel Hurte's Obituary
Mr. Hurte was born in Gladden, MO, son of the late Samuel and Etta (Lee) Hurte.He was retired from Yellow Freight, St. Louis, MO, and was a member of the First Baptist Church, Columbia, IL. He had met his wife Goldia during the Great Depression while he was working with the Civilian Conservation Corps. They were married in Salem, MO, on March 5, 1938.
