Mr. Vogt was born in East St. Louis, IL, son of the late William H. and Ottilia (Dannehold) Vogt.He was a retired customs agent with the U.S. Treasury Department, was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, and the Fleet Reserve Association, St. Louis,MO.He was married to Dorotha Iris (Bloodsworth) Vogt on December 3, 1948, who survives him.
