Mr. Davis had semi-retired, and was working with the Regional Superintendent of Schools in Waterloo & Chester, IL. He had worked as an educator, coach, superintendent, and adminitrator in Illinois for over 50 yrs. at Greenville, Mazon, and Atkinson; Dean of students at Washington Community High School, Superintendent at Elkhart; and Director of the Paderborn Reading Program.
