I just saw yesterday’s paper with Bill’s obituary. Bill’s grandmother, Lizzie Rauch was my grandfather’s sister. (Fred Osick). As a child we often visited with Ed, Lizzie, Smoke, Emma, and Bill. They were all such wonderful people. My deepest sympathies go out to the entire families. I apologize for not knowing of Bill’s failing health and making the funeral. Gary L. Huwer

Bill and I played many a tune sitting side by side with our trombones in the CHS bands. I had no idea he was having troubles. He was a good down to earth kind of guy. May he rest in peace.
