William "Bill" L Mohr's Obituary
William "Bill" L. Mohr, 85 years of Millstadt, IL, passed away on January 12, 2024 at Memorial Hospital of Belleville, Belleville, IL. He was born June 9, 1938, in Belleville, IL.
Bill graduated from the Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville with his MBA. He devoted his life to working with Honeywell and CTS as a project manager, retiring at the age of 75. When not working, his passion was being outdoors and maintaining his property. William enjoyed hiking, gardening, and watching the wildlife. He loved to work and maintain his antique cars. Above all else, he loved spending time with his loving family.
Surviving are his Wife, Lavonne Mohr of Millstadt, IL, Daughter, Susan (James) Tennial, Sons, William (Patty Nailor) Mohr and Timothy Mohr, Grandchildren, Zachery Mohr, Benjamin (Rose) Mohr, Amber Browning, Josephine Tennial, William A. (Laura Conrod) Mohr, Terrance Mohr, and Harrison Mohr, Great-Grandchildren, Liam Mohr, Lyla Conrod, and Theodore Browning, Brother-in-Law, James (Ann) Agnew, along with other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, William and Mildred Mohr, and Sister, Carol Gord.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 16, 2024, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, at Leesman Funeral Home, Millstadt, IL, and Wednesday, January 17, 2024, 9:00 am - 10:00 am, at Leesman Funeral Home, Millstadt, IL. Services will be held January 17, 2024, 10:00 am at Leesman Funeral Home, Millstadt, IL, with Father Marvin Volk officiating. Interment will follow in Green Mount Catholic Cemetery, Belleville, IL.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be directed to Eagle Cliff Miles Cemetery or St. James Catholic School.
The Mohr family would like to extend a special thanks to Bonnie Jane Liefer and friends who helped throughout William's illness.
