Walter G. Leistler Jr.'s Obituary
Walter G. Leistler Jr., 82 yrs., of Columbia, IL, passed away at St. Anthony's Hospital, St. Louis, MO. He was born in St. Louis, MO, the son of the late Walter and Myrtle (Satterfield) Leistler. Walter enjoyed traveling and the outdoors, especially the many camping trips with his family. He was retired from the Hussmann Corp., St. Louis, MO, where he had been a purchasing agent. Walter had served in the U.S. Army and was a Veteran of the Korean War. He was married to Joan (Percival) Leistler, who survives him. They were married on May 14, 1955, at St. Louis, MO.
