Mrs. Schorb was born in St. Louis, MO, daughter of the late Henry P. and Katherine M. (Schroeter) Walter. She was the widow of the late Oliver A. Schorb, who had passed away July 4, 1999. She had retired from Elder Mfg. Co., St. Louis, MO, and was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, where she had been active with the Women's League, Columbia Senior Citizens, and the Moredock Home Extension.
