Viola M. Runge's Obituary
Viola M. Runge, 96 years of Prairie du Rocher, Illinois., passed away on Monday, April 30, 2018 at Sparta Community Hospital in Sparta, Illinois. She was born May 26, 1921, in Cora, Illinois.
Surviving are her Two Daughters, Melba (Harold) Bierman of Steeleville, Illinois. & Deborah (Ron) Umbdenstock of Modoc, Illinois.; her Three Sons, Donald (Sandra) Runge of Evansville, Illinois., Larry Runge of Prairie du Rocher, Illinois. & Gary (Jeri) Runge of Red Bud, Illinois, 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 18 great-great-grandchildren; along with many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Louis Runge, her Two Sons, Edward Runge & Richard Runge and her Parents, Ernest and Augusta, nee Hornbostel, Brunkhorst.
Visitation will be Thursday, May 3, 2018 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Koch-Liefer Funeral Home in Red Bud, Illinois
Services will be held Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Koch-Liefer Funeral Home in Red Bud, Illinois with Pastor Phillip Keeton officiating
Interment will follow in the St. John's Cemetery in Fults, Illinois.
