He is survived by his wife of 40 years: Dixie Carroll, nee Fields, his daughter: Crystal (Chris) Ragsdale of Dupo, IL., his son: Victor Lee Carroll Jr. of Dupo, IL., his grandchildren: Brittney, Nathan, Katrina, Morgan, Tori, Lindsey, Madison & Zac, his sister: Bonnie Ketterer, his brothers: Ron Carroll, John Carroll III, & Ed Carroll, he is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church in Dupo, IL.
