She was an Assistant Plant Manager for a Glass Company and a member of the Church of God in Cahokia, Illinois.
Surviving are Daughter, Janice (Zosimo "Jim") Baylon; Grandson, Derik (Nichole) Baylon; Granddaughter, Sheena Baylon; Sister, Bonnie Ferguson, and her Partner, Lydia Pandya..
She was preceded in death by her Parents, Carl and Ruby, nee Lee, Moallankamp; Brothers, Wayne and Lawrence Moallankamp, and Sister, Helen Massie..
Per Vera's wishes she is to be cremated with private services to follow.
