Mrs. Welch is survived by her son: Gary Welch, her grandchildren: Lisa (William) Welch-Higgins and Brian (Michelle) Welch and her great grandchildren: Sydney & Maxwell Welch. He is also survived by other relatives and friends. Mrs. Welch was a member of First Baptist Church of Dupo, IL. She was a homemaker. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church in Dupo, IL.
