Velma Rose (Lowery) Budde, 93 yrs., of Columbia, IL, passed away at Columbia Rehab. and Nursing Center, Columbia, IL. She was born in Belleville, IL, the daughter of the late Joseph and Ella (Wiesner) Lowery.
She had retired as a bookkeeper at Meyer Oldsmobile, Belleville, IL, and had been a member of the Columbia Senior Citizens, and Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Columbia, IL. She will be greatly missed by her family.
She was married to the late Raymond A. Budde. They were married on February 16, 1943, at Belleville, IL. He had passed away October 5, 2004.
