Tony R. Tutor, 40 yrs., of Columbia, IL, passed away on August 15, 2014. He was born in Belleville, IL, the son of William and Vicki (Davis) Tutor of Creal Springs, IL. He was married to Wendy (Muskopf) Tutor, who survives him. T Read Obituary
