Todd was preceded in death by his parents: Dallas Young & Ruby Arta, nee Russell, Horsley, his son: Jason Todd Horsley, his brother: George A. Horsley & his sister: Phyllis J. Randolph. Todd is survived by his daughter: Kendra (Paul Christian) Horsley of Millstadt, IL., his grandchildren: Kabe Cox & Ayla Christian, his brother: Russell (Darlene) Horsley, his sister: Pamela K. Roussin and his dog: Jake. He was a beloved uncle, great uncle and friend to many. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
