Todd was preceded in death by his parents: Daniel & Barbara, nee Shields, Chappalear and his sister: Jane Chappalear. He is survived by his children: Mike Chappalear & Kim Chappalear, his special friend: Pam Wesley & her son: John Athon, he is also survived by other relatives & friends. According to Todd's wishes cremation was held. Memorials may be made to the Family.
