Timothy Michael Mehrtens, 50 years old, of Millstadt, IL, passed away on December 25, 2022 at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL. He was born May 16, 1972, in Belleville, IL.
Tim was self-employed in the field of home improvement. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and being outdoors to enjoy the wildlife. He loved being surrounded by his pets.
Surviving are his parents, Les & Kay Mehrtens of Millstadt, IL, Sister, Kris (Tom) Hoppenjans, Uncles and Aunts, Earl & Sandy Mehrtens, Ron & Sandy Pannier, Nancy Pannier, along with cousins, relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Alvin & Salome Mehrtens, Henry & Marie Pannier, and Uncle, Steve Pannier.
Private family services will be held. Interment will be in Freivogel Cemetery, Millstadt, IL.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be directed to Donors Choice. Arrangements were handled by Leesman Funeral Home.
