Tanya Lynn Kelly's Obituary
Tanya Lynn Kelly, 52 of Belleville, Ill., has lost her battle with cancer. Tanya was hit by a drunk driver in 1971 at the age of 7, leaving her with many serious injuries, eventually causing her to be bound to a wheelchair. At age 27 Tanya moved into the specialized living center in Swansea, Ill., until her battle was over.
Tanya was preceded in death by 2 siblings, Nancy & John.
Tanya is survived by both her parents, John & Fern, nee Louvier, Kelly, her 5 brothers, Corky (Phyllis), Dan (Tanya), Charles, Robert & Earl, her sister, Pamela (Terry), her nieces, Danielle Foutch, Kelsey Kelly, Destany Rodenberg, & Hannah Cox, her nephews, Zachary, Jake, Dan Kelly Jr., Dylan, Dustin, Randy (Sondi) Josh, Heather Ruiz and special friend, Tammy Strowmatt and many other friends and family.
Tanya will be forever in our hearts. She was loved by many.
The family would like to thank the staff at Parents and Friends of the Specialized Living Center in Swansea and Family Hospice for all they have done for Tanya.
Memorials may be made to the Donor’s Choice.
Memorial visitation will be Friday, November 11,2016 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Leesman Funeral Home in Dupo, Ill.
Memorial service will be on Friday, November 11, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at Leesman Funeral Home with Rev. Matt Friz, officiating.
