Suzy Marie Blomquist's Obituary
Susan Marie Blomquist, 70 years of Colorado Springs, CO, passed away on November 22, 2014. She was born October 27, 1944, in St. Louis, MO, daughter of the late Charles and Elsie Haselhorst. Suzy was a loving and devoted mother to her two sons, Glenn and Jim. Suzy led a most fulfilling life especially after her move to Colorado Springs in 1976. Suzy loved to spend time with her family and friends. She was a fun loving person who never missed a Sunday Bronco's game. Anytime her family gathered for holiday celebrations she was at her happiest. She always made such a wonderful impression on anyone she met. SurvivorsShe is survived by her sister, Deborah Rudder, two sons, Glenn Yallaly, and Jim Yallaly, and four grandchildren, Shayna, Alyssa, Matthew, and Ben. Suzy will be missed and thought of always. ServicesA Memorial Mass will be held at the old Immaculate Conception Catholic Church on Main St., Columbia, IL, on Saturday, December 13, 2014, at 10:00 am, with Fr. Carl Scherrer, officiating. Interment will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, St. Louis, MO.
