He is survived by his father: Ivan Foutch of East Carondelet, IL., his brothers: Bruce (Kim) Foutch, Gary Foutch and Dennis (Kim) Foutch all of East Carondelet, IL., his sisters: Lorri Keys of East Carondelet, IL. & Chris (Todd) Westover of Hillsboro, MO., his brothers & sisters in DuQuoin, IL. area: Linda (Rich)Fitch of Benton, IL., Rita (Alan) Voice of DuQuoin, IL., Wayne Foutch of DuQuoin, IL., Rick (Karen) Foutch of DuQuoin, IL., Keith (Cathy) Foutch of Pinckneyville, IL. & Pam (Mike) Bial of Christopher, IL., nieces & nephews: Timothy, Bruce II, Joey & Kyle Foutch, Matthew Perez, Kaitlyn and Isabella Foutch, Dennis II and Emily Keys, and Brayden Westover. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Steve's Family.
