Shirley is survived by her sons: David Capps of Belgrade, MO., Jerry (Gloria) Capps of Arcata, CA., George (Ann) Capps of Paris, France, & Patrick (Patty) Capps of Morena Valley, CA., her daughter: Mariellen (Richard) Wagner of Burke, VA., her brother-in-law: Howard Sutton, she is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and other relatives & friends. Memorials may be made to Boy Scouts or Shriner's.
