She is survived by her children: Rick Hughes (Diane) Cummins of Millstadt, IL. & Vickie (Dennis Davidson) Valentine of Millstadt, IL., her grandchildren: Brian (Dawn) Conklin, Timothy (Amanda) Conklin, Jamie (Brad) Womack, Angela (Brent) Lantis, Amanda (Mike) Loy & Drew Valentine, her brother: Danny Maze of Antonia, TX., her brothers-in-law: Ed Ellwood & Clark Cummins, she is also survived by 5 great grandchildren with one on the way, other relatives & friends. Mrs. Cummins was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Millstadt, IL.
