Sandra Blair Bailey, 75 yrs., of Columbia, IL, passed away at St. Louis University Hospital, St. Louis, MO. She was born in Gary, IN, the daughter of the late Paul and Lora, nee Rodgers, Blair. Sandra had graduated from the Missouri Baptist School of Nursing - Class of 1961. She had worked as a Registered Nurse for nearly 40 years and retired as a Dialysis Nurse in 2000. She had also been a member of the First Baptist Church, Columbia, IL.
