Ruth Thompson
Ruth Thompson, 91 years of Belleville, IL, passed away on February 14, 2019 at Four Fountains Care Center, Belleville, IL. She was born March 21, 1927.
She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Belleville, IL and a former member of Holy Family Church in Cahokia, IL.
Surviving are Son, Jim (Janet) Thompson of Park Hills, MO; Three Grandsons, Jimmy (Becca Zaricor) Thompson, Jason (Marla White) Coale, Jeremy (Tara Brotherton) Coale; Granddaughter, Sarah Coale; Five Great Grandchildren; Friends,Terry (Norma) Peebles; along with other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her Parents, and Special Friends, Alfred (Elenora) Hofstetter.
A heartfelt thank you to Martha and Melissa of Heartland Hospice for their love and care for Ruth.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be made to Heartland Hospice.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, February 21, 2019 at 1:00 PM at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Cahokia, IL with Father Bill McGee officiating.
