Ruth Jean "Jeannie" Vickers' Obituary
Ruth Jean "Jeannie" Vickers, 78 years of Millstadt, Ill., born March 10, 1940, in East St. Louis, Ill., passed away on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, Ill.
Jeannie had worked as a flight attendant for TWA, and later worked in various office positions. She was a member of Zion Evangelical Church in Millstadt, Ill., and a member of Women of the Moose.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin D. R.Vickers, parents, Frank and Marie Asberry and her brother, Bobby Asberry.
Surviving are her daughter, Debbie (Dave) Steppig, her grandchildren, Alison Steppig and Ben Steppig, along with other dear relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be Saturday, June 16, 2018, from 9:00 am - 11:00 am, at Leesman Funeral Home in Millstadt, Ill.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday June 16, 2018, at Leesman Funeral Home in Millstadt, Ill.
Burial will follow in the Mt. Evergreen Cemetery, Millstadt, Illinois.
