Roy A. Gummersheimer's Obituary
Roy A. Gummersheimer, 69 yrs., of Saint Louis, MO, passed away at his residence. He was born in Belleville, IL, the son of the late Clarence and Otillia (Theobald) Gummersheimer. Roy had worked as a Railroad Router with Missouri-Pacific Railroad, St. Louis, MO, early in his career, then worked as a Pre-Sorter with the U.S. Postal Service, St. Louis, MO. He had served in the U.S. Army and was a Veteran of the Vietnam War, having spent 13 months with the 69th Signal Batallian at Bien Hoa, Vietnam. He was a lifetime member of the NRA and forwarded many conservative causes.
