Rowan W. L. Potts , 70 yrs., of Columbia, Illinois, passed away on Thursday, december 3, 2009. He was born in St. Louis, MO, the son of the late Harry and Eleanor (Dorsey) Potts. He had retired from civil service with the U.S. Postal Service and had also been a self-employed truck driver. He had served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
