Ronald "Ron" John Kemp's Obituary
Ron was a molder in a steel foundry. He was an Army veteran that proudly served his country in Germany and Vietnam. Ron was the director of Side Trax Bass Anglers of Dupo, Illinois. He was also an avid hunter and fisherman.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents Vernon John and Norma, nee Ballard, Kemp, brother, Vernon Scott Kemp, and nephews, Gene Stark and Travis Smith.
He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Carol Kemp, nee Holley, son, Rusty (Samantha) Kemp, grandchildren Dustin Kemp, Kayla Shearer, Summer Narez, Madasen Kemp, brothers and sisters, Carol “Sis” (Bob) Bowen, Roy (Pat) Kemp, Bud Kemp, Virgil (Rita) Kemp, Rose (Larry) Stark, Stanley Kemp, and Judy (Dave) Smith, he is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family, and many many other friends.
Memorials may be made to the family or The Humane Society.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Dashner-Leesman Funeral Home in Dupo, Ill.

Per Mr. Kemp’s wishes he will be cremated.
