Mr. Riese was preceded in death by his wife of 31 years: Jackie Riese, his parents: Lester & Helen, nee Mitchell, Riese, and a grandson: Dale Taylor Kronk. Mr. Riese is survived by his children: Vickie (Joe) Todd of West Frankfort, IL., Judy Williams of West Frankfort, IL., Barbara (Gary) Yrjanson of Columbia, IL., Michael McIntyre of Dupo, IL., & Tina (Ernest) Higgerson of East Carondelet, IL., his sisters: Pat Herman of St. Louis, MO., Janice (Jerry) Keplinger of Godfrey, IL., his brother: Kenneth (Jan) Riese of St. Louis, MO., his grandchildren: Dale Gene (Jennifer) Kronk, Amanda Kronk, Roger Michael Riese, Ernest Lee Higgerson III, Kelly Todd, Crystal Ann Williams, Jennifer Marie Higgerson, Jacqueline Sue McIntyre, Joseph Wayne Higgerson, Ozzy Michael McIntyre, Crystal Williams, and Josh Gass,his great grandchildren: Christen Leon Kronk & Bret Schumer. Mr. Riese was a Vietnam Navy Veteran receiving the Good Conduct Award. Memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice
