Robin L. Whipple's Obituary
Robin Louise Whipple, 63 years of Dupo, IL, passed away at home on April 9, 2025. She was born January 3, 1962, in Effingham, IL., to Jerry Lewis and Schela Hoge-Hurte.
She loved spending time with her family and friends whom she loved to play poker with. Robin also really enjoyed going fishing whenever she had an opportunity.
Surviving are her; mother, Schela Hoge-Hurte; children, Robert Whipple III (Misty), Adam Whipple (Chelsea) and Danny Whipple; grandchildren, Connor Whipple, Cole Whipple, Natalie Whipple and Dexter Whipple; brothers, Steve Lewis (Bonnie) and Billy Lewis; sisters, Michelle Lewis and Sherry Lewis; along with several other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her; husband, Robert Whipple, Jr.; father, Jerry Lewis; step-father, Gene Hoge; maternal grandparents, Willis and Goldia Hurte; paternal grandmother, Wilma Lewis and special friends, Bob and Dottie Drummond.
In accordance with her wish cremation will take place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
