Robert was preceded in death by his parents: Emiel & Mildred, nee Kleber, Mehrmann, and his sisters: Elvera Mrozinski & Ethel Merhmann. Robert is survived by his wife of 46 years: Dianne, nee Muskopf, Mehrmann of Waterloo, IL., his sons: Randall David (Renee) Mehrmann of Millstadt, IL. & Dustin Daniel (Sarah) Mehrmann of Freeburg, IL., his grandchildren: David & Randi Mehrmann, his sisters: Mary (Joseph) Weldele of Millstadt, IL., Helen (Vernon "Marty) Mueller of Millstadt, IL., & Evelyn (Dennis) Garland of Freeburg, IL., and he is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. He was a US Army Veteran. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois or the Family.
