Robert M. Pelch, 69 yrs., of Columbia, IL, passed away on December 22, 2013, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in St. Louis, MO, son of the late Sylvester and Dorothy (Cain) Pelch. Bob was a retired purchasing agent for the Union Pacific Railroad, and had served in the US Navy. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Columbia, IL. He was married to Mardell (Janson) Pelch, who survives him. They were married on August 25, 1967, at Columbia, IL.
