Mr. Witcher was preceded in death by his wife: Jewell Witcher, nee Smith, whom passed away December 2, 2008, his parents: Claude & Frieda K., nee Krause, Witcher, his daughter-in-law: JoAnn Witcher, and his brothers & sisters: Kenneth L. Witcher, William L. Witcher, Loucille Richey, & Geraldine Shisler. He is survived by his sons: William Lee (Juanita) Witcher of Hollister, MO. & Robert Lyn Witcher of Millstadt, IL., his grandchildren: Lisa Lee Witcher, William Lee Witcher Jr. & Lynn Ann Webb, his great grandchildren: Alexander Robert Webb, Emily Margaret Webb & Hailey A. Witcher, his very good friends: Penny (Ralph) Oeschlager and other relatives & friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Crippled Children or Millstadt Senior Center.
