Robert G. Ladyman's Obituary
Robert G. Ladyman, 81, of East Carondelet, Ill., born, June 10, 1934 in Dupo, Ill., passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at his residence.
Mr. Ladyman was a retired carpenter and loved carpentry. He was a member of the YMCA and VIP Lego Builder. He was a United States Army Veteran.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ira & Viola, nee Schult, Ladyman, and his brothers, John Ladyman & Roy Ladyman.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Delores Ladyman, nee Kohlenberger, his daughter, Michelle (Aziz) Elia, his grandchildren, Ariana (John) Bauer, Fouad (Caite) Elia, Justin (Yunji) Elia & Nicole (Joe) Dobronski, his great grandchildren, Connor Bauer, Aidan Bauer & Alina Elia, his brother, Ira (Joyce) Ladyman Jr., his sisters, Audrey Snellenberger, Jeral Dean (Herb) Kunkel & Joan Moll. He is also survived by other relatives & friends.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Cancer Research.
At Robert’s request, there will be a graveside service on Friday, April 1, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Palmer Hill Cemetery in Columbia, Ill., with Rev. Todd Muschaney, officiating. (Please meet at Leesman Funeral Home, 326 S. Main St. Dupo, IL. 62239 at 12:30 p.m. for those wishing to attend graveside service).
